Register as a natural person or institution via the SUBSCRIBE button.
Fill in the requested information. To do so, take your Belgian identity
card issued by the Protocol Directorate - Federal Public Service Foreign Affairs.
After your registration, you will receive by e-mail your username and password allowing you to access your Circle K Belgium ACCOUNT. On which, you will find your SEPA direct debit mandate.
If your bank is active within the single euro payment area (SEPA), your tax-free fuel purchases can be debited from the bank account of your choice. Download, print and sign your direct debit mandate and send it to the indicated postal address: Circle K Belgium Diplomatic Tax-Free Fleet Card - Boulevard Anspach 1, box 2 - 1000 Brussels
Upon receipt, our teams will take care of all administrative procedures with your bank. Upon acceptance by the financial institution, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. At Circle K Belgium Diplomatic Tax-Free Fleet Card you are always informed about the progress state of your file, and this, in real time.
On your Circle K Belgium ACCOUNT, generate the 136 F form using information related to your vehicle’s fuel type, number plates, etc.
Where applicable, international organizations (covered by a VISA or VISA waiver) will be required to provide the appropriate certificate/form other than form 136 F.
Then print your 136 F declaration, sign it and send it with your SEPA direct debit mandate by post to the following address: Total Diplomatic Tax-Free Fleet Card - Boulevard Anspach 1, box 2 - 1000 Brussels
Upon receipt of your 136 F declaration, Circle K Belgium will forwarded it to the FPS - Finance - Administration of Customs and Excise.
You will be informed twice by e-mail: upon endorsement of your 136 F form by the Belgian Administration of Customs and Excise, and upon receipt of your SEPA direct debit form. You will then receive by postal mail your Circle K Belgium Diplomatic Tax-Free Fleet Card within five working days, after the reception of the two notifications mentioned above.
