LOGIN), create a new 136F declaration using information related to your vehicle’s fuel type, number plates, etc. Then print, sign and send your 136 F form by post to the following address: Circle K DIPLOMATIC CARDS - Boulevard Anspach 1, boîte 2 - 1000 BRUSSELS. It is also possible to bring it to Circle K Belgium to said postal address.

Where applicable, international organizations (covered by a VISA or VISA waiver) will be required to provide the appropriate certificate/form other than form 136 F.
