What to do when I switch of IBAN account?

You will find a new direct debit form on your Circle K diplomatic account. To do so, please access your customer account (see login).

Make sure you add the following memo to your new direct debit mandate: “Please change my current iban account into this one”.

Please send your new direct debit mandate to Circle K Belgium: ck.diplomatic@circlekeur.com

Since this form is a legal document, make sure you send the original version (hard copy) of the new sepa direct debit mandate to Circle K.
