Can I use the Diplomatic Fleet Card outside of belgium?

The 136F form is limited to the kingdom of Belgium, as requested by the Kingdom of Belgium Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation Protocol Directorate and the FPS Finance - Administration of Customs and Excise.

However, Circle K BELGIUM offers a Eurotrafic fuel card valid in Europe for the official use of the diplomatic missions (i.e. embassy, consulates, delegation, representations, organisations, etc.).
